亿帆瀛（Sailink Global，以下简称「我们」）通过 Sailink ERP（亿帆瀛 ERP）为亚马逊卖家及跨境企业提供 SaaS 服务。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享及删除您的信息，并符合 Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP)、Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) 及适用数据保护法规。

Sailink Global ("we", "us") provides the Sailink ERP SaaS platform to Amazon selling partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information in compliance with Amazon's DPP, AUP, and applicable data protection laws.

1. 我们收集的信息 / Information We Collect

1.1 您主动提供的信息

注册与演示预约：姓名、公司名称、职位、电话、邮箱等联系信息。
客户支持与商务沟通记录。

1.2 通过 Amazon SP-API 授权获取的信息

在您通过 OAuth 授权 Sailink ERP 访问 Amazon Selling Partner API 后，我们可能获取与您授权角色相关的卖家业务数据，包括但不限于：

销售、库存、订单及履约相关数据（依已授权角色而定）；
Brand Analytics 角色下的聚合分析报告，例如搜索词报告（GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_SEARCH_TERMS_REPORT）、促销表现报告（GET_PROMOTION_PERFORMANCE_REPORT）等；
广告、财务、Listing 等业务数据（依您授权的其他 SP-API 角色而定）。

With your OAuth authorization, we may access seller business data corresponding to granted SP-API roles, including Brand Analytics aggregated reports (e.g., search terms, promotion performance) and other business data per authorized roles. We do not access data beyond what your granted roles permit.

2. 信息使用目的 / Purpose of Use

我们仅将信息用于以下目的：

向授权您账户的卖家提供 Sailink ERP 的分析、运营、库存、财务等功能；
通过 Seller Central 通知（Notifications in Seller Central 角色）向您发送与您自身业务相关的提醒；
提供客户支持、系统维护与安全监控；
履行法律、税务或监管义务。

We use Amazon Information solely to provide contracted services to the authorized selling partner, send business-relevant Seller Central notifications, operate and secure our platform, and meet legal obligations.

3. Amazon SP-API 数据使用专项条款 / Amazon SP-API Data Use

本节在与其他条款冲突时，就 Amazon 信息之处理以本节为准。

In case of conflict regarding Amazon Information, this section controls.

我们承诺 / We commit to:

AUP §4.4：不将通过 Amazon Services API 获得的各授权用户（卖家）数据跨账户聚合，不向任何第三方（包括其他竞争卖家）提供或出售此类数据。
AUP §4.5：不对外宣传、发布或共享有关 Amazon 业务的洞察；不将此类洞察用于我们自身的商业目的。
租户隔离：Brand Analytics 及其他 SP-API 数据严格按卖家账户隔离存储与访问，仅服务于该授权卖家。
最小必要原则：仅请求和使用实现 Sailink ERP 功能所必需的 SP-API 角色与数据字段。
透明度：向授权用户明确说明所访问的数据类型及用途（AUP §2.2）。

(a) No aggregation of Amazon Information across seller accounts (AUP §4.4). (b) No promotion, publication, or sharing of insights about Amazon's business for our own commercial purposes (AUP §4.5). (c) Strict per-seller tenant isolation for Brand Analytics and all SP-API data. (d) Data access limited to authorized roles required for Sailink ERP features.

4. 数据存储与安全 / Storage and Security

数据传输采用 TLS/HTTPS 加密；
访问控制基于角色与最小权限原则；
生产环境凭据加密存储，禁止硬编码或共享；
实施日志监控与异常检测；
如发生涉及 Amazon 信息的安全事件，我们将按 DPP 要求向 security@amazon.com 报告。

5. 数据留存与删除 / Retention and Deletion

Amazon 信息在授权有效期内保留，用于持续提供服务；
授权撤销或服务终止后，我们将在合理期限内（通常不超过 30 天）删除或匿名化该卖家的 Amazon 信息，法律另有要求除外；
涉及个人身份信息（PII）时，遵循 Amazon DPP 关于 PII 删除的要求（含 30 天规则）；
卖家可联系下方邮箱请求导出或删除其数据。

Amazon Information is retained during active authorization and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days) after authorization revocation or service termination, unless legally required otherwise.

6. 数据共享 / Data Sharing

我们不会出售 Amazon 信息或 Brand Analytics 数据。仅在以下情况可能共享：

经您明确同意的云服务或基础设施提供商（须满足不低于我们的安全标准）；
法律法规要求或有权机关依法请求；
为保护我们或用户的合法权益所必需。

我们不出售、出租或以其他方式商业化 Amazon 卖家数据。

7. 跨境传输 / Cross-Border Transfer

您的数据可能在中国境内或我们使用的云服务商所在地区处理与存储。我们将采取适当措施保障跨境传输符合适用法律及合同义务。

8. 您的权利 / Your Rights

根据适用法律，您可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、数据可携带及反对处理等权利。如需行使权利，请通过联系我们页面与我们取得联系。

9. 政策更新 / Policy Updates
